Now, to continue on the subject of autistic masking, and tips on how to successfully unmask.

In my last piece, I discussed how impactful The Mask is, and how it can affect everything from behaviour to emotions to how we think, even to the extent of shrouding our notions of self, and severely impacting our health.

The question of ‘who is beneath the autistic mask?’ remained unanswered. But the answer is really so simple that it’s almost maddening.
